Kelompok Riset ini berfokus pada bidang riset kurikulum dan asesmen untuk pendidikan sains. Secara rinci, minat riset kelompok ini meliputi Analisis Kurikulum Sains, Pengembangan Instrumen Asesmen, Asesmen Formatif dan Sumatif, Sains Lokal, Evaluasi Guru untuk Pengembangan Profesional Pendidikan, Analisis Buku Teks, Analisis Wacana, Pendidikan Kimia, Analisis Sekolah Sains, Asesmen dan Evaluasi dalam Pembelajaran Sains, dan Pendidikan Sains.
